Pretty color but weird formulation
"Love this color, it’s a beautiful berry dark red that is buildable. Perfect for fall and winter! My only gripe, is that the formulation of this nail polish is extremely thin and not very pigmented compared to other gel O&J polishes, therefore it took minimum 3 coats to get the desired coverage and color I was wanting. It also doesn’t self level very well, as compared to most other gel O&J polishes, so it made the process of curing kind of difficult because it would continually pool at my cuticles despite using very little product and a specific detail brush."
Great color, odd formula
"I loved this shade in the polish so much I rushed to put on the gel version! The color is still great, but I found this gel to have a weirder formula than my others from O&J. It felt more watery? I had a really hard time with it, it kept pooling away from my nail edge and all over my cuticle no matter what I did. And it seemed to really separate more with the clean up brush, staining my skin. It definitely needs 3 coats but I hesitated given my difficulty with 2. I'm going to try again to rule out user error. This is such a classy color despite it all!"
