How to do a Magnetic Gel Mani
Introducing Magnetic Gel Polishes. Get 4 looks from just one 1 bottle! Today we're going to teach you how to create some viral salon looks at home with Magnetic Gel Polish. Start by prepping your nails with the Gel Mani System. Apply Gel Base Coat and cure. If desired, apply 1 coat of Gel Polish and cure as your base layer. Then choose the Magnetic Gel Polish of your choice. Apply a thin coat of Magnetic Gel Polish and while still wet, use Wanda (the magic magnetic wand) to activate the magnetic gel polish and create your desired look.
- Cat Eye Effect - Rest your finger on the rectangular end of the wand while you apply the magnetic polish to create a cat eye effect on your nails.
- Aura Effect - Hold the rounded end of the wand over an area of your finger to create a circular aura effect.
- Velvet Effect - Move the magnetic wand slowly around your finger to create the shimmery velvet effect.
- For an overall shimmery effect, you can also apply the Magnetic Gel Polish and cure without using Wanda.
Once the desired look is achieved, cure the magnetic gel for 2 minutes. Finish with Gel Top Coat.
