Olive & June x Domino’s® Giveaway (the “Giveaway”)

OFFICIAL RULES (the “Rules”)

NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCE OF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW. ALL DISPUTES WILL BE RESOLVED SOLELY BY BINDING ARBITRATION AND ENTRANTS WAIVE THE ABILITY TO BRING CLAIMS IN A CLASS ACTION FORMAT.

The Giveaway is a giveaway promotion offered by Olive & June, LLC (the “Sponsor”) and Domino’s National Advertising Fund Inc. (“Prize Partner”). These Rules govern the Giveaway and they constitute an agreement between Sponsor and any person who acts to enter or participate in the Giveaway or otherwise assents to these Rules (“Entrant”, “you,” “your”). Such action or other assent constitutes your agreement to these Rules.

Please note that this Giveaway is not in any way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook/Instagram or TikTok. You are providing information to Sponsor and not to Facebook.

Message & Data Rates May Apply: If you choose to participate via a mobile device, message and data rates may apply based on your wireless carrier’s rate plan. Internet access may not be available from your wireless carrier, or in your area. Message and data rates may apply even if your use of a mobile device does not result in Giveaway entry.

1. ELIGIBILITY

Participation in the Giveaway is open only to legal residents of the United States (including the District of Columbia) who are at least 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of Sponsor or its Affiliates, advertising agencies or promotional agencies, and their immediate family members or household members, are not eligible to participate. The Giveaway is subject to all applicable laws and regulations. This Giveaway is void in Puerto Rico, U.S. territories, and where prohibited by law.

2. HOW TO ENTER

The Giveaway will begin on or about 9:00 a.m. Eastern Time (ET) on OCTOBER 17, 2024 and will end when all prizes are claimed. To enter, you must:

Limit: One (1) entry per person. Entries become the property of the Sponsor and will not be acknowledged. Proof of submission does not guarantee receipt. Automated entries are prohibited.

By submitting your entry, you agree to Sponsor’s Privacy Policy.

3. PRIZES

There will be 3,500 winners, each receiving a pack of Extra Cheese Please Instant Mani Press-on Nails (the “Prize”). Each prize has an approximate retail value (ARV) of $10.00 USD. Prizes are non-transferable and must be accepted as awarded. Taxes and other costs associated with the Prize are the sole responsibility of the winner.

4. NOTIFICATION OF WINNER

Winners will be notified via direct message on Instagram or TikTok. Winners must provide their name, email, and mailing address within two (2) days to claim the Prize. If a winner cannot be reached or fails to respond, the Prize may be forfeited and awarded to another entrant.

5. RELEASE AND CONSENT

By participating, entrants agree to release Sponsor, Prize Partner, and other parties from liability for any claims, injuries, or damages arising from participation or the Prize. Winners consent to the use of their name, likeness, and statements for promotional purposes without additional compensation.

6. DISCLAIMERS AND NOTICES

Sponsor is not responsible for lost, damaged, or incomplete entries, technical failures, or any disruptions beyond their control. Sponsor reserves the right to modify or cancel the Giveaway as necessary.

7. ARBITRATION/CLASS ACTION WAIVER

Any disputes will be resolved through arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA). Participants waive the right to bring class action claims. Claims will be handled on an individual basis in the entrant’s state of residence.

8. WINNERS LIST

Winners will be notified via email approximately three (3) days after being declared the winners.

9. GENERAL

All submissions become the property of Sponsor. These Rules constitute the entire agreement related to the Giveaway and govern in the event of a conflict with other statements or communications.
