"I love the Chrome powder! I used it with purse full of polish and HD gel colors. It was very easy to use. Just compete a full gel mani according to the instructions, use applicator to rub powder on, add another coat of top coat and cure!"

No easily spreadable

"Hard to get the formula to cover the whole nail without some areas being brushed off along with the access, especially the tips. I have only tried it once and had to reduce the whole set bc the fourmula was either too much or not enough spread. I will give it one more try on a lighter color to see if that makes it look better. Also, I’m hoping my first application is human error and I get better at it, instead of it being a formula issue. Two stars for now"

Q&A

Do I need to use a no-wipe gel top coat? Or can I use the Olive & June gel top coat? Also, how long do I cure it for?: You can absolutely use the Olive & June Gel Top Coat with the Chrome Kit! For chrome application, cure the Gel Top Coat for about 30 seconds so it stays slightly tacky for the chrome to adhere. Once the chrome is applied, finish with another thin layer of Gel Top Coat and fully cure it for 2 minutes.
Is there anything I can use to prevent the chrome from sticking to a specific part of my nail?: Great question! If you're finding that the chrome powder is sticking to areas where you don't want it, make sure you're applying it only to the cured top coat and gently brushing away any excess powder with a soft brush before sealing with your final top coat. How do I make it only go on one part of my nail? (example: a chrome French tip): Great question! For a chrome French tip, just apply the chrome powder only where you want the tip instead of over the whole nail. After curing your gel top coat, use the applicator to gently rub the chrome onto just the tip area, brush off any excess, then seal it with another thin layer of gel top coat and cure.
