Happy Saturday! It’s a beautiful day here where I live today. I’m pretty excited to finally share today’s polish. This is part of one of the cutest quads released this spring. These are also my first Olive & June’s from their regular polish range. This is part of the thatsheart collab that I was absolutely going to buy. I followed Heart back in her beginning YT days when she was a beauty guru (I’m dating myself), and I was at home as a new mom eating up every bit of makeup and nail content I could to do everything at home myself more affordably (lol that escalated quickly). This type of neutral is my weakness. I love a good subtle shimmer or glitter in a neutral base. Three thin coats plus Cuticula’s Limitless for my top coat. I’ve had this polish for almost a week, but being aware of the long dry time with this brand I had to wait for a lazy swatch day. A good call on my part, because dry time was long. It reminds me of the days before quick dry top coat when painting our nails was an event. I went in knowing this, so I was prepared with an audiobook playing in the background, and starting my FMA Brotherhood rewatch between coats. The formula is good so long as you don’t overwork the polish, and do thin coats. I will always recommend with any polish that you wait for your polish to dry between coats, but with this you absolutely have to wait or it’s time wasted with a ruined mani.
