5 EASY STEPS TO SALON-PERFECT MANIS
Clip 90% into the desired shape and file the last 10% of the shape.
Remove old polish and gently push back your cuticles with your thumb. Carefully buff away excess skin and smooth any ridges or peels in light, circular motions. Dip every nail (again!) in the Remover Pot before painting.
POPPY + PAINT
Anchor your arm and hand on a flat surface. Paint in 2-3 thin coats. Your first coat should be streaky! Let each coat dry for at least 5-10 minutes before you apply the next coat. Any mistakes? Your Clean Up Brush (dipped in the Remover Pot) will fix any stray polish that you want gone.
Apply a thin layer of your Super Glossy Top Coat to make your mani last.
Once your nails are dry, apply 2-3 clicks of Cuticle Serum every day to your cuticles and sides of your nails.
Our most forgiving shades to paint with. If you’re new to DIY manis, this is the perfect place to start.
Our medium-difficulty shades are opaque with full coverage in about 2 coats.
Our pastel and darker shades require a little extra practice & finesse to perfect in 2-3 coats. Don’t forget to paint super thin coats!

"This brand finally figured out how you can give yourself the perfect mani"
"As close as it gets to bringing the nail salon experience to your home"
"This nail kit is the easiest way to get a salon-worthy manicure at home"
I was hoping to have to do less layers with these polishes, but I do have to say, they're sparkled ones are on point. I'd just rather not have to do 3 layers of colouring to get full coverage.
Hi Beverley! Thank you for your review!! We recommend 2-3 very thin coats with 5-20 minutes of dry time between coats. With thinner coats, the polish will dry faster and last longer. We're here to help if you need anything at all!
Multiple thin coats are the key - beautiful results.

Hi Chris! I'm so sorry to hear how your order arrived to you. I see that our bestie team has been in touch with you for a replacement order. Again, I apologize for this inconvenience and am here to help if you need anything else at all.
At first, I was skeptical because I am brand loyal to OPI and never thought I would like anything different, but once I tried O&J, my opinion totally changed. First, I love that the brush is shaped in a way that is meant for the shape of your nail. I also love the colors and the polish pot which is super convenient and you don't have to worry about taking the polish off with cotton pads and getting strands of cotton stuck in your polish. What else can I say? I love it and have become an Olive and June groupie.
I enjoy everything about Olive and June! The website, all the choices and the the products!! I love doing my nails even more then going to the salon!
I am very impressed with the nail polishes and the kit that came with it. Love the colors!
Great shipping wasn’t fast but it was around Christmas so it was acceptable ☺️ The polish is very durable when applied correctly. (at least two coats)
The glitter polishes are tricky to remove and took extra work, but otherwise I love all of the colors! Olive you!
I am so glad I purchased this set!! Love all the colors.
These colors went on flawlessly and were vibrant and beautiful on both my fingers and toes. I have found these polishes to last no more than 1 week before chipping and peeling off. Perhaps this is an issue on my end but after carefully following tutorials on the site, I still cannot seem to make my paint last.
