If I purchase this as a gift for Christmas and the person would prefer to exchange a nail polish color for a different one, can this be done in at a store? Thank you! - Judy: Hi Judy! If you ordered online it can only be exchanged online. But you can also purchase in the salon, and in that case you can exchange through the salon as well. We make returns and exchanges really easy and will send you a prepaid return label if you need to send anything back! :)
