These Official Terms andamp; Conditions ("Official Rules") govern the Olive andamp; June Sweepstakes Celebrating the Release of The Mandalorian andamp; Grogu (the "Sweepstakes"). By participating in the Sweepstakes, each entrant agrees to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding in all respects.

1. Sponsor

The Sweepstakes is sponsored by Olive andamp; June (the "Sponsor"). This Sweepstakes is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram or any other social media platform.

2. Eligibility

The Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and Washington, D.C., who are at least eighteen (18) years of age or the age of majority in their state of legal residence, whichever is older, at the time of entry. Employees, officers, and directors of Sponsor, Walt Disney Studios Motion Pictures ("Disney"), their parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, and any other entity involved in the development or administration of this Sweepstakes, and their immediate family members (spouse, parents, children, siblings, and their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside) and persons living in the same household, whether or not related, are not eligible to participate or win. The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited by law.

3. Sweepstakes Period

The Sweepstakes begins on April 28, 2026 at 12:00 a.m. Pacific Time ("PT") and ends on May 3, 2026 at 11:59 p.m. PT (the "Sweepstakes Period"). The Sponsor's computer is the official timekeeping device for this Sweepstakes. Entries received outside the Sweepstakes Period will not be eligible.

4. How to Enter

To enter the Sweepstakes, participants must complete all of the following actions during the Sweepstakes Period:

(a) Follow Olive andamp; June on Instagram
(b) Comment on the sweepstakes post

For one (1) additional bonus entry, participants may subscribe to the Olive andamp; June email list during the Sweepstakes Period. Email subscription is optional and is not required to enter or win. Participants who do not wish to subscribe may obtain a free bonus entry by completing the online entry form available at https://www.surveymonkey.com/r/B7LCQXK. Limit one (1) bonus entry per person, regardless of method.

Limit one (1) entry per person during the Sweepstakes Period, plus one (1) optional bonus entry as described above. Any entries beyond the permitted maximum will be disqualified. Entries generated by script, macro, robotic, programmed, or any other automated means are void. Proof of submission does not constitute proof of receipt. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, invalid, unintelligible, misdirected, or illegible entries, all of which will be disqualified.

5. Prize

Five (5) winners will each receive a prize package with an approximate retail value ("ARV") of $955 USD, consisting of the following:

(c) The full Olive andamp; June x Star Wars: The Mandalorian andamp; Grogu collection;
(d) Exclusive Star Wars: The Mandalorian andamp; Grogu movie merchandise items; and
(e) A Five Hundred Dollar ($500) Visa gift card.

Prizes are non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash or substituted except at Sponsor's sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable for any reason. Any difference between the stated ARV and the actual value of a prize will not be awarded. All prize details are at Sponsor's sole discretion.

6. Winner Selection and Notification

After the Sweepstakes Period ends, five (5) potential winners will be selected in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period. The random drawing will be conducted by the Sponsor or its designated representative, whose decisions are final and binding on all matters relating to this Sweepstakes. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

Each potential winner will be notified via email immediately after the drawing (exact date and time to be determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion). Each potential winner must respond to the notification within three (3) days of the date of notification or the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner may be selected at Sponsor's sole discretion. If a potential winner cannot be contacted, fails to respond within the required time period, is found to be ineligible, fails to comply with these Official Rules, or declines the prize for any reason, the prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner may be selected from the remaining eligible entries. Sponsor may conduct up to three (3) alternate drawings per forfeited prize, after which the prize may remain unawarded if a qualified winner is not identified.

7. General Conditions

By entering the Sweepstakes, each entrant agrees to comply with and be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding in all respects. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, violates these Official Rules, or acts in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner. Sponsor further reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond Sponsor's reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Sweepstakes, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion.

This Sweepstakes is void where prohibited or restricted by law. All federal, state, and local laws and regulations apply. Entrants are responsible for ensuring that their participation in the Sweepstakes is lawful in their jurisdiction.

8. Limitations of Liability

By participating in the Sweepstakes, entrants agree to release, discharge, indemnify, and hold harmless Sponsor, Disney, Meta Platforms, Inc. and their parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, and each of their respective officers, directors, employees, agents, successors, and assigns (collectively, the "Released Parties") from and against any and all claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to: (i) participation in the Sweepstakes or any Sweepstakes-related activity; (ii) acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any prize; (iii) any injury, death, loss, or damage to persons or property; (iv) any technical malfunctions, failures, or difficulties; (v) any typographical or other errors in the printing, offering, or announcement of any prize; and (vi) any claims based on publicity rights, defamation, invasion of privacy, copyright infringement, trademark infringement, or any other intellectual property-related cause of action.

The Released Parties are not responsible for: (i) any incorrect or inaccurate entry information; (ii) technical failures of any kind, including but not limited to malfunctions, interruptions, or disconnections in phone lines or network hardware or software; (iii) unauthorized human intervention in any part of the entry process or the Sweepstakes; (iv) technical or human error in the administration of the Sweepstakes or the processing of entries; or (v) any injury or damage to persons or property which may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from entrant's participation in the Sweepstakes or receipt or use of any prize. In no event shall the Released Parties be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

9. Privacy and Publicity Release

By entering the Sweepstakes, entrants consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of their personal information by Sponsor for the purposes of administering the Sweepstakes and in accordance with Sponsor's Privacy Policy. Personal information collected from entrants will be used by Sponsor and may be shared with third parties for prize fulfillment and Sweepstakes administration purposes.

Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of a prize constitutes the winner's consent for Sponsor and its designees to use the winner's name, likeness, photograph, voice, biographical information, statements, and address (city and state) for advertising, publicity, and promotional purposes in any and all media now known or hereafter developed, worldwide, in perpetuity, without additional compensation, notification, or permission. Winner agrees to execute any documents required by Sponsor to effectuate such consent.

10. Release and Indemnification

By entering the Sweepstakes, each entrant agrees to release, indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Released Parties from and against any and all claims, actions, demands, liabilities, losses, damages, judgments, settlements, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to: (i) the entrant's participation in the Sweepstakes; (ii) the entrant's acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any prize; (iii) any breach or alleged breach of these Official Rules by the entrant; (iv) any violation or alleged violation of any third-party rights by the entrant; and (v) any negligent, reckless, or intentional wrongful conduct by the entrant.

11. Tax Responsibility

All federal, state, and local taxes on the prize, and any other costs and expenses associated with prize acceptance and use not specified herein as being provided, are the sole responsibility of the winner. The winner may be required to complete and submit an IRS Form W-9 or equivalent tax form and provide Sponsor with a valid Social Security Number or Taxpayer Identification Number before the prize is awarded. Failure to provide required tax information may result in disqualification and forfeiture of the prize.

12. Disputes and Governing Law

Except where prohibited by law, as a condition of participating in this Sweepstakes, each entrant agrees that: (i) any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Sweepstakes, or any prize awarded, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action; (ii) any and all claims, judgments, and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, excluding attorneys' fees and court costs; and (iii) under no circumstances will any entrant be permitted to obtain any award for, and entrant hereby waives all rights to claim, punitive, incidental, consequential, or any other damages.

These Official Rules and all issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation, and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of entrants and Sponsor in connection with the Sweepstakes, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules or provisions. Any legal proceedings arising out of this Sweepstakes or relating to these Official Rules shall be instituted exclusively in the federal or state courts located in the State of California, and each entrant consents to the exclusive jurisdiction of such courts and waives any objection to venue in such courts.

13. Winner List

For the names of the winners, send a self-addressed, stamped envelope to: Olive andamp; June Sweepstakes Celebrating the Release of The Mandalorian andamp; Grogu Winner List, c/o Olive andamp; June, 5653 ½ Hollywood Blvd, Suite 8, Los Angeles, CA 90028. Requests must be received within sixty (60) days after the end of the Sweepstakes Period. Vermont residents may omit return postage.

14. Sponsor Rights

Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to modify, suspend, cancel, or terminate the Sweepstakes at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to fraud, technical failures, or any other factor that impairs the integrity of the Sweepstakes. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who violates these Official Rules or who Sponsor believes, in its sole discretion, has attempted to undermine the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes by cheating, hacking, deception, or other unfair practices. Sponsor's failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision. If any provision of these Official Rules is held to be invalid or unenforceable, all remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT BY AN ENTRANT OR ANY OTHER INDIVIDUAL TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEBSITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE SWEEPSTAKES MAY BE A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS. SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES AND OTHER REMEDIES (INCLUDING ATTORNEYS' FEES) FROM ANY SUCH PERSON TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

15. Severability

If any provision of these Official Rules is found to be unlawful, void, or for any reason unenforceable, then that provision shall be deemed severable from these Official Rules and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions.

16. Entire Agreement

These Official Rules constitute the entire agreement between each entrant and Sponsor with respect to the Sweepstakes and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications, representations, or agreements, whether oral or written, with respect to the Sweepstakes.
