WHERE DOES OLIVE & JUNE SHIP?
Olive & June currently ships to the contiguous United States and Canada, but is unable to ship to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, and other territories. You may experience longer delivery times when shipping to Canada. We are working on bringing Olive & June everywhere around the world, so international friends: Instagram Direct Message us @OLIVEANDJUNE to let us know where you live!
Olive & June does NOT cover any duty/taxes/customs fees that may incur with international shipments, these charges are NOT included in the shipping fees. Please contact your local customs office for more information regarding these fees.

We currently offer shipping services from DHL and FedEx. Please allow 1-2 business days for us to receive and process your order.
WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?
Here’s how it works: You order, we process, then we ship.
Ordering takes a few seconds. Processing takes 1 to 2 business days (and orders placed after 12 pm PST are processed the next business day). Then DHL or FedEx takes it from there. Olive & June is no longer responsible for your order once it is in the care of your chosen shipping agent. You’ll get an email with a tracking number as soon as your package ships letting you know it’s on the way!
I’M HAVING PROBLEMS WITH THE TRACKING.
Sorry about that! In a few cases, the carrier takes 1-2 business days register your shipment status. If your tracking number isn’t updating or working at all, please contact us. We can give you the inside info.

Don’t worry —Olive & June packages don’t include return slips. Just contact us and we’ll help you place your return or exchange.
WHEN WILL MY CREDIT CARD BE CHARGED?
Your credit card will be charged as soon as your order is accepted and processed.
WHAT FORMS OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. Unfortunately, we cannot accept checks or money orders. At this time, we do not accept International credit cards.
WHAT CAN I DO IF MY PAYMENT IS DECLINED?
Oh no! Here are a few things to check if your payment didn’t go through:
Check that your card’s billing details (such as the security code and billing address) match what you’ve entered into our system.
Is your card expired?
Your card issuer may have declined your payment. They don’t tell us the reason for this, so it’s best to check with them before trying your card again.

HOW CAN I UPDATE MY ORDER?
Please contact us as soon as possible if you would like to cancel or change your order. Our fulfillment team processes orders quickly, but we’ll do our best to process your request.
CAN I USE MULTIPLE PROMO CODES AT CHECKOUT?
Only one promo code will work during checkout. Offers advertised on site without a code will be automatically applied and can be used in conjunction with a separate promo code.

WHAT HAPPENS WHEN I PRE-ORDER A PRODUCT?
When ordering a product that is a PRE-ORDER (meaning you are ordering the product before it is available) payment is taken right away. The item will be shipped to you at a later date which is identified on our product page. Once your order is ready to be shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with tracking information.
