How to Use

Remove the overcap on the nail polish bottle. Line up the flat side of the Poppy with the flat notch on the innercap. This ensures ideal brush alignment for easiest application. Gently lift the brush out of the bottle, wiping one side of the brush on the neck of the bottle. Paint the nail in 2-3 strokes.

Thoughts: The Summer Club is an easy beach read if you enjoy New England summertime vibes. Following the drama of a small community revolving around a Massachusetts country club, we see the story unfold from a few perspective, both adult and teenager. I thought the author did a really solid job capturing the teen emotions without leaning YA. While this wasn’t a particularly fast paced or plot heavy book, I was pretty invested in seeing how the characters ended up. Today is Wednesday so it means it’s time for another #pinkwednesdayandfriends edition, this time inviting that color that maybe wasn’t a favorite that first time we painted it… “Hibiscus” by O&J is a crowd fave but it wasn’t my favorite when I painted it way back when I first got my first mani system (she is an OG in my collection) … it’s a stunning pedi and I may have used it in a skittle or two but never as a full mani because I don’t know it’s not too red and not too pink enough…. Pink Wednesday and Friends invites the power colors to sit with us! My power color is red or black. I went with red today. . I'm wearing two coats of Hibiscus by oliveandjune . It's one of my favorite O+J polishes that I have and one of my favorite polishes in my collection. Hibiscus is not a true red. So far, my faves from past oliveandjune collections have been pastels but the 2021 Wish You Were Here Spring collection had me falling in love with one of their more vibrant shades. Out of all the collections that they have released, the Spring 2021 is definitely in my top 2 and Hibiscus from this set is my girl. She’s a tropical red leaning pink that reminds me of Puerto Rico’s flowers and has me wishing I was there right now. 2 coats are featured here and she’s one that is easy to paint.
