1) Apply liquid latex around cuticles and allow to dry.
2) Apply glitter polish of your choice directly onto a makeup sponge. 
3) Apply polish directly onto fingernail by dabbing with the sponge until you achieve the desired amount of coverage. 
4) Apply your favorite topcoat. Once dry, peel off liquid latex and enjoy your packed glitter mani.
