Step One: Thread the laces evenly through the center loop, and pull outward.
Step Two: Bring both ends of the laces through the outer loop, and firmly adjust.
Step Three: Bringing both ends of the laces across the top of the foot, and then through the inner loop. Tighten as needed.
Step Four: Bring both ends of the laces around the back of the heel, and thread them securely through the outer loop again.
Step Five: Make a knot to secure the laces at the loop.
Step Six: With the remaining loose ends, twist them around the back tie at the heel.
