Creating little hearts is easier than it looks!
Start with the base color of your choice (we chose BP!) and let dry completely. To draw the hearts, begin with a small dollop of polish on a piece of scratch paper.
Using the short side of the nail art brush, draw a small "V-shape" to create a tiny heart. Let dry completely then finish with Top Coat.
