Apply the base color of your choice you wish to give the pearl effect to. Let dry.
Finish with 1 coat of Atlas polish to give the pearly effect. Work in as few strokes as possible and gently float the brush over your nail to avoid streaking. Finish with Super Glossy Top Coat.
