"I have yet to receive my order. The Shop app indicated it could not be delivered and returned it to you. I haven’t seen a refund yet either. I have ordered from Olive and June several times and do not understand why it was unable to be delivered. This is now my second time saying this and I have not heard from you. It was very difficult to provide any type of feedback on your website as well. At this point I’m not sure I want to order from your company anymore."
