OFFICIAL RULES

1. SPONSOR

The Olive & June Quick Dry Giveaway ("Giveaway") is sponsored by Olive & June LLC ("Sponsor").

This Giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram.

2. ELIGIBILITY

Open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are at least eighteen (18) years of age at the time of entry.

Employees, officers, directors, agents, and representatives of Sponsor and their immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings, and children) and household members are not eligible to enter.

Void where prohibited by law.

3. GIVEAWAY PERIOD

The Giveaway begins at 12:00:01 a.m. Pacific Time on September 29, 2026 and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. Pacific Time on October 2, 2026 ("Giveaway Period").

Sponsor's computer shall be the official timekeeping device for the Giveaway.

4. HOW TO ENTER

During the Giveaway Period, eligible entrants may enter by:

1. Following @oliveandjune on Instagram;

2. Liking the designated Giveaway post;

3. Commenting on the Giveaway post; and

4. Submitting an eligible photo entry.

Photo Entry Requirement

Entrants must either:

Option A - Instagram Entry

Post a photo on Instagram of themselves holding an Olive & June Girl Grip, inspired by the Sponsor's campaign imagery, and tag @oliveandjune; or

Option B - Alternative Free Method of Entry

Email a qualifying photo meeting the same requirements to hello@oliveandjune.com with the subject line "Quick Dry Giveaway Entry."

No purchase is required.

Limit one (1) entry per person regardless of entry method. Multiple entries by the same individual may be disqualified.

Use of robotic, automated, programmed, or similar means of entry is prohibited and may result in disqualification.

5. ENTRY CONTENT REQUIREMENTS

Each submitted photo must:

• Be the entrant's original work;

• Not infringe any copyright, trademark, right of publicity, privacy right, or other intellectual property right;

• Not depict illegal activity;

• Not contain defamatory, obscene, offensive, discriminatory, or otherwise inappropriate content;

• Not contain third-party branding or trademarks except as authorized by Sponsor;

• Not include any person other than entrant unless entrant has obtained all necessary permissions.

Sponsor reserves the right to remove or disqualify any entry that violates these requirements.

6. LICENSE TO SUBMITTED CONTENT

By entering, entrant grants Sponsor and its affiliates a nonexclusive, perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, distribute, display, publish, modify, adapt, and create derivative works from the submitted photo and entrant's name, likeness, Instagram handle, and biographical information for advertising, marketing, promotional, and other lawful business purposes in any media now known or later developed without additional compensation except where prohibited by law.

7. WINNER SELECTION

One (1) potential winner will be selected in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received during the Giveaway Period.

The drawing will occur on or about October 1, 2026.

Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

8. PRIZE

One (1) winner will receive:

• Apple MacBook Neo (Blush colorway), ARV: $699;

• Olive & June Quick Dry Collection (6 shades) and Mani System, ARV: $138; and

• Limited Edition Girl Grip Cup, ARV: $15.

Total Approximate Retail Value ("ARV"): $852.

No substitution, assignment, or transfer of prize permitted except by Sponsor, which reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value.

Winner is responsible for all applicable federal, state, and local taxes.

9. WINNER NOTIFICATION

Potential winner will be contacted via Instagram direct message and/or email on or about October 3, 2026.

The potential winner must respond within 48 hours. Failure to respond, failure to complete required documentation, or determination of ineligibility may result in forfeiture of the prize and selection of an alternate winner.

10. PUBLICITY RELEASE

Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of a prize constitutes the winner's consent to Sponsor's use of winner's name, likeness, city, state, social media handle, photograph, voice, and statements for advertising and promotional purposes without further compensation.

11. RELEASE OF LIABILITY

By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor, Instagram, and each of their respective parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claim or cause of action arising out of participation in the Giveaway or receipt, use, or misuse of any prize.

12. GENERAL CONDITIONS

Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, modify, or terminate the Giveaway if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Giveaway.

Sponsor's decisions regarding all aspects of the Giveaway are final and binding.

13. WINNERS LIST

To request the name of the winner, send a request to Sponsor within ninety (90) days following the end of the Giveaway.
